• Dr. Catania and staff in Tampa-Carrollwood Great Expressions have my trust. It is a caring, well-led dentist address with excellent service. They were responsive to my needs and decision making whether or not I will have implants and a bone graft done with them or in my home country Germany (I’ve had a healthy implant for 35 years now). The premises and equipment are kept clean and hygienic, and there was always enough staff on duty with the right knowledge, skills, and experience to make sure that I was safe. When I later after the surgical procedure had a question the practice dealt with it in the right way. I liked how Dr. Catania understandable explained to me the different options for my treatment so that I understood that three implants were at the end the cheaper option than two implants with a bridge because the second bears more risk regarding cleaning and optimal reachability. I was given enough time to decide before agreeing on the treatment, and this was quite important to me. (Previously I made a negative experience with another place called Smile Dentistry, and after 10 min I was given an estimate for implants without even taking an x-ray!) Overall, This practice was honest and open about how well it is performing in providing with high-quality treatment. Dr. Catania numbed me just right, and the surgery and time afterwards were entirely painless – and I mean it. Dr. Catania is in my experience very skillful oral surgeon; he did not look at the time when studying my previous x-ray imaging. Dr. Catania offered me a few more appointments just to make sure that I heal correctly in my given situation. He is a very nice gentleman. Thanks a lot, Dr. Catania for doing such an excellent job, for your patience with my questions and finaly, making me smile again.
