One piece of advice: make sure to check your clothes before paying! I left a bridesmaid dress that I needed for an out-of-state wedding for 4 days to pick it up the day before leaving. The dress needed to be cut and hemmed because it was too long. My mistake was not checking it before leaving but you would think that in this kind of business they would make sure the alterations were done fore before telling a customer their clothes was ready for pick up. The day of the wedding I'm getting ready and the dress was still long and NOT hemmed. All that was done to it was cut!! I could've done that myself. I called the place and the woman felt bad and did tell me she would give me a refund when I got back to Tampa. I call her today and she tells me to bring the dress and that she would not give me a refund because it was an easy fix. I told her it was passed the wedding date and that I no longer need the dress to be hemmed since I wasn't going to wear it again and she insisted on no refund. RIDICULOUS! Not professional at all! Never again!
