I spoke with Bill from Cutter Power Equipment over the phone. I asked him if he could beat a competitors price. Bill said he wouldn't and then went off on me and hung up without giving me a chance to reply. This is not how you gain potential customers. If you can't beat a price that's fine but I can guarantee you that he lost any future business that I may have done with him. I can only imagine how they handle service issues or any others that may arise. If you like dealing with people that do not care about their customers one bit by all means shop here. Bill if you read this I hope that it encourages you to brush up on your professionalism skills!.
