Carrollwood Pharmacy

I have never dealt with such rude people in my life! Im all about helping mom & pop shops but this place gives them a bad name. They are very nice when your giving them $ but as soon as you need help or have a question that's when their rudeness comes out!! I was absolutely floored by the way I was treated by EVERYONE! When I spoke with the owner/manager he was overly rude for no reason at all (No wonder they all act like that!). I was even asking what I could do to help them, either talk to the doctor myself or come back another time and I was purposefully hung up on. When I called back, they left me on hold for forever, only to be rude once again. I will be VERY happy to take my business elsewhere. These people are far from professionals!! I'm appalled by how I was treated.

The manager told me goes somewhere else he will not deal with my kind. I did not know you had to pay first before they start.They wont fill a my prescribed for my cat, compound medication.

recommend going to this pharmacy... bad service and they do not want to help people who are in need of medications prescribed by doctors. I would rather go to another mom and pop. This place is a joke! They make you feel like your a criminal for requesting a doctor prescribed narcotic to be filled. They discriminate and that is not legal.

As an older woman in need of medication, I thought this might be the place to have my prescriptions filled. First, the staff are not polite and medication is expensive. In these hard economic times service should be second to none. I would never return to the pharmacy again. They compound medication such as steroids and any type of medication, but refused to order medication for my condition. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Consumers need to stick together are freely share their experiences to avoid another customer from going through the same negative experience me and my girlfriends have gone through. Walgreens or CVS have a standard and are open to feedback. This pharmacy does not care about the needs of their patients. This place does not deserve business the way they treat customers! My grandson had a similar experience there too. Please share your experiance with this place as I would love to hear about it. Thanks, E. Smith
