Biagio's Pizza and Pasta

Horrible customer service!!! Twice I've been here and their manager (owner?) and staff were rude, rude, rude. Which is too bad, because the food was pretty good. I try not to support businesses that do not treat their customers properly, so I've checked this place off my list.

Food is consistently good.

The cook...the guy with the bald head and the goatee....needs to learn some personal diplomacy. Customers will not return...no matter how good the food...when they're treated rudely.

If you are looking for pizza like you find in NJ, this is one place to find it. They also have great entrees. One improvement can be the level of service for call-in orders. Rarely do they meet the quoted time they say it'll be ready.

The only pizza place in Tampa that comes close to NY/NJ pizza. They have very good entree's and pasta dishes too. Only thing I haven't tried is soup and salad. Best pizza in Tampa bar none IMO.
