        Overall

        BLACK MOLD: DO not rent here unless you are ok with getting sick. I have been a resident and had to move out due to mold. They are slum lords and do not care about peoples health. If this site would allow me to upload the report i would so others dont get sick. Here is the mold they found in my report.
