Alamo Rent A Car

Easy and fast! Checked in online, so just put my reservation # in at the kiosk, got a little slip of paper from it, headed to the garage, followed signs to Alamo area. Found the Economy SUV section, picked out a Jeep (keys inside), loaded baggage, drove vehicle (following signs to check out) to little building at garage exit, gave my slip of paper & showed my drivers license.... on my way. So easy! Returning to airport, even easier..... followed signs to car rental return, parked in a line of vehicles, baggage guy got my bags out.... man checked mileage and gave me a receipt. Done! Love it!

I enjoyed renting a car from this place. There was no pressure to get any additional insurance or upgrades. The service was very friendly and the costs were reasonable.

Had the easiest and best experience with Alamo at this airport!! I did the "bypass the desk" option which made it even easier and selected my car from the easy to read signs for your type of car!! Checking out of the booth was easy and checking out was easy and they even helped us with our luggage! This was a great overall experience and will continue to use Alamo (going to INDY in August and will be using Alamo there as well!)

I recently rented a vehicle from Alamo in Tampa Florida and had a one week rental to drop off in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Everything from the pick up to the drop off was easy and the employees were super friendly and fun. Great experience and I would certainly rent from them again!

Alamo at the Tampa airport was great. Good experience both in the airport office and upon dropping the vehicle off.

great everything was as it always is but i didt return the car with a full tank of gas it was down about 1/4 about 90 miles i got charged for 11 gallons how do they judge this ?

Suis toujours très satisfaite des autos que je loue. Les autos sont neuves ou très récentes. Propreté, bon service, facilité d'accès pour remettre le véhicule et au besoin une passe gratuite pour le transport entre l'aéroport de Fort Lauderdale et le Port Everglades pour le départ en croisière. Je vais continuer encore à utiliser Alamo pour mes locations de voiture.

Check in with ease. Alamo staff very courteous and handled transaction professionally. Able to select my choice of vehicle from class rented. Car was nearly new with very low mileage. A few minutes late returning the car and they made the adjustment without question. No problem with car during rental

Great Service and price. Even when we had to rent another car from Tampa to get home to Ohio when our daughter would not get on the plane. Could not have asked for more considerate staff.

I always get best rates with Alamo! We were on a girls trip and I rented a full size...which we always rent, the girl at the counter kept pushing me to upgrade to a premium! For $20 more a day! Then came down to $12! I told her this was big enough, she kept pushing me telling me we would not be able to get our 4 pieces of luggage in it. She even showed me a chart saying Full size only held 2 reg suitcases & 3 small which isn't what they showed online. We kept with the full size, picked a Camry which I drive at home and could have gotten another suitcase in the trunk! I think I has such a good rate she was trying to get me to oaying more! Only thing I didn't like was my key did not electronic door/trunk opener, I had to manually unlock the driver door and pull lever to open trunk...a bit of a pain!

Alamo came up as a deal when I ordered my tickets to Florida and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Check in was easy and had a pick of the size car I wanted and had no problems with vehicle for the 24 days I had it plus it got great gas mileage. Definitely would choose Alamo again.

Each time I need to rent a car I always opt for Alamo because I get a great rate, very clean and dependable car with no issues. I love renting from this location because they have a great selection to choose from and they have never failed me yet. The Service is also great...very friendly and helpful staff. Other places put a hold on your card for so much but Alamo charges what the total rental is as when you are on vacation you need to have your card as a backup. Thank you so much for your great service.
