I stopped in to have them look at a 35+ year old ruger pistol I acquired as a gift, more than willing to pay the minimum gunsmithing fee to have them take a look at it (jamming). Instead, he recommended that I try different ammunition to make sure that wasn't the problem. Also showed me the various rifles/pistols in stock and answered my questions, no sales pressure at all. I like doing business with people who aren't out to squeeze every last dollar they can get out of me.
great selection of quality firearms the service is not so good but they make up for it with good deals i would not call them police academy drop outs but they could use some customer service skills.I wasnt there for service just a good deal and i got it i would use them again but if you need some one to hold your hand then i would go else where
I had to use a gun shop with a FFL to order a part from Chiappa Firearms and used University - they were very accommodating, extremely friendly, and great people to deal with! And on top of that they didn't charge me anything for all their time and help!!!! Will go there for all y firearm needs!
