Established in 1985, Tallahassee Laboratory offers a range of testing services. It features a more than 21,500-square-foot facility, as well as employs over 35 analysts, technicians and support personnel. The laboratory provides preproject planning, field sampling, courier and method development services. It offers contaminated surface, drinking water, groundwater, soil, surface water, waste, sediment, wastewater sampling services. The laboratory also provides field maintains a location measurement and equipment rental services. It undertakes analysis for volatile organics, pesticides, metals, nutrients, hazardous wastes and volatile fatty acids. In addition, Tallahassee Laboratory is accredited by the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority and is located in Tallahassee, Fla. It is a part of TestAmerica Laboratories, which is one of the leading environmental testing firms in the United States.
