Provided by DexKnowsI went to see Dr. Lumpp a few months back, before leaving for a project in Alaska. I went in for a dental cleaning, and to ask about a filling that had started to deteriorate, and whether or not I could have it fixed that day, or within the next 48 hours. After having x-rays, and an hour and a half long tooth cleaning that was apparently centered around how many pints of blood I could lose through having my gums picked and cut with various dental tools, Dr Lumpp decided that I needed a root canal immediately, or I would run the risk of blood poisoning and an abscessed tooth. She also determined that I had about 8 other cavities, and would need those filled as well. While I was not having any pain, and did not have the time or means to get to another dentist in the area before I left, I decided against coming back for a root canal, and left without it being treated. I have highly recommended this office to several co-workers and friends with the same positive feedback. Have not noticed much turnover either with the dental staff which is always positive to see the same person work on your teeth for 3 years now!
