Suburban Salon

Carolyn, the owner of Suburban, is a talented hairdresser who can do just that! And she's been doing it, plus great color, every 8 weeks since I discovered her in 2008.I haven't had to pluck my eyebrows for 30 years because of electrolysis, but as I've aged, chin hair started to appear. Imagine my delight to discover that Terri provides great electrolysis service at this salon.Suburban Salon is my "one stop, all service" salon, and I highly recommend it to you.

I started going to Suburban after Dillards closed there salon. My stylist from Dillards moved to this salon. At first I was very skeptical because I didn't know anything about Suburban other than it had been in business for 50 years. After I started going there I found that all of the employees were very friendly and made you feel at ease (one big happy family). I retired from FSU in 2007 and realized after five months that retirement wasn't for me and I told my stylist I was interested in working part-time and if she heard of anything to let me know. About a month later I received a called and was ask if I might be interest in working as a receiptionist part-time I went in for an interview accepted the position and have been working there for over a year. It has been one of the best decision I have ever made. I have had my hair styled by most of the stylist and all did an outstanding job. I am glad that my stylist made the decision to become a Suburban family member.
