Not trustworthy. My mother recently went to a locally owned jewelry store in the Betton area, she had an old ring appraised at $10,000 and decided to leave it on consignment for few months. She returned to retrieve the piece and after being shown her ring, the associate went to the back to place a ring in a small black back. Not thinking to double-check she went home and placed the bag back into her jewelry box. Later when she decided to go ahead and sell the ring she retrieved the bag and opened it to find...a DIFFERENT, smaller, lesser quality diamond ring. Outraged, she returned to the Betton Hills store only to treated terribly by the associate and the unconcerned store owner, whom she said would barely make eye contact with her. The ring obviously did not match the paperwork and was worth only HALF of what her actual piece had been appraised at. Since she had left the store there was not much else that could be done. SO, if you find yourself looking for an honest and reputable dealer of fine jewelry, keep looking.

I was looking for a diamond engagement ring and had little working knowledge of cut, clarity, etc. I went to Robert's and they assisted me with finding a setting, a diamond, and worked to stay within my budget! I was highly impressed with their selection and suggestions and won't shop anywhere else for my next purchase. I give them a 10!
