General Info

I provide mediation services in virtually all family and civil matters. I specialize in divorces by mediation whereby a couple can mediate their divorce to a conclusion of thier choice rather than having it dictated to them by a judge. Lawyers for the parties are not needed thereby savings thousands of dollars. All documents for filing can be done for you and field with the court. All you have to do is show up for the final hearing. YOu can be divorced within 4 weeks. I have been an attorney for over 35 years and limit my practice to alternative dispute resolution. I have been mediating cases since 1994 with well over 1,500 cases mediated. I was a trial lawyer for approximately 30 years and bring that experience of working with people, understanding their problems and issues, preparing their cases for trial, and trying those cases, to my work as a mediator. I have been recognized as a member of The Florida Circuit-Civil Mediator Society, a selective statewide association whose membership consists of Supreme Court certified circuit-civil mediators who have proven experience in the resolution of civil & commercial disputes as well as the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. I am also Federally Certified as a civil mediator.
