I am so disappointed in this company. We haven't signed a lease yet and have already been let down several times. The woman made an appointment with us knowing we are an 8 hr commute away and cancelled as we were driving up because they were canceling early for a holiday. How does one book an appointment with a potential client and cancel as they are driving up? The woman who cancelled then let me know I would be holding for a manager. After more than 5 minutes of hold time I hung up assuming the manager would be calling me back with an apology or some sort of 'fix' to what they had done. After an hour I called back and got a recording saying the office had closed early for the holiday and would not be opening for 5 days. I'm so annoyed and angered. How do places like this stay in business?
