        Very dissatisfied. Office staff never returned my calls. Mr. Bruce was very rude on the phone and would not accept a return of a brand new fire extinguisher in the box a week after purchase with the receipt even though I spoke with several other companies around town who said they would accept a return no problem.

        Thanks for Your Assistance

        Thanks for the fire protection training provided for my club members. Your office manager provided an outstanding demonstration of how to purchase and use fire extinguishers. Having used Bruce Fire and Safety products for over four years, I had no reservations about referring them to my club members and friends.
