We have used this kennel several times and give them five stars across the board. The facility is very clean and spacious. Dan is very nice, professional and understanding. Our dogs actually like going there and are nice and clean when we pick them up. Wouldn't go anywhere else, though there are other boarders much closer to our home. Two thumbs up!

First time using this kennel and all the great things I had heard were true. Dan was great to work with on pick up/drop off times. Our dog is our family and it means a lot to find someone that you trust to leave him with. We will definitely be repeat customers!
My husband and I had to board our dog for the weekend (hasn't been boarded since he was a year old or so--he normally stays at our daughter's house). Dan and his weekend help were very attentive to his special needs (hip dysplasia). If the need arises in the future, we will definitely call Dan again.
We've had the opportunity to have our dogs board at Apalachee several times and have done so with NO worries. We've also had our smallest dogs groomed while there and they've always looked beautiful! We very highly recommend Apalachee Parkway Pet Grooming and Boarding
I have been going to Apalachee Parkway Pet Grooming for about a year. My dog loves it there. I take him there every week for a bath and board him there whenever i go out of town. Dan is great with him. When you board your pet there your pet doesn't just get locked up in a cage and be forgotten about. They spend time with your dog and make sure they get proper exercise. i have never been to a kennel that is so clean, and you cant beat there prices they are very reasonable.
In August, only AFTER I paid $49 for grooming, including an additional $9 for dematting, did Dan bring my 4 pound dog out to me from the back room and told me she had been cut on her hind leg while being groomed. Within two days she had fever from an infection caused by the cut and a $90 vet bill as a result. She had to take antibiotics, pain killers and wear a 'cone of shame' for 2 weeks. On the phone Dan agreed to reimburse me for the grooming and the vet bill. He did pay the vet bill. After 6 weeks I still had not received the refund for grooming so I wrote asking him if he was going to honor what he said to me earlier, but after an additional two months I have yet to receive a response. I would NEVER use them again! UPDATE: On December 7th I received a check for $49.
