Went in to look at the Nissan vehicles. Pretty much had made up my mind on a Ford Flex or Toyota. Branden was my salesman and he took his time to go over each vehicle I might have an interest in. Last vehicle I looked at was the 2012 Quest. I actually like it but thought I would never get a good price on both vehicles I was trading in. For some reason, over the last 12 years I have never bought a vehicle in Tallahassee. The deals were always better out of state. Anyway, Kraft gave me a great price on the new vehicle and $3,000 more than any other dealer on the trade-ins I had. I really wanted the Flex but the additional money for the Flex wasn't worth it. I took the Quest and I absolutely love this vehicle. I have owned 6 different Nissans in the past and if this vehicle is as reliable as the other ones I have owned, I will be totally satisfied. My only question is their service department.At this point I am just not sure about it. Already had one problem with the installation of an option. I ended up speaking to Chris Kraft and bingo the problem was resolved. He also gave me a free loaner while they fixed the vehicle. I just hate going into talk to Mr. Kraft over every little problem. So far I am very happy with the dealership and Brendan the salesman and I would buy another Nissan from Kraft.
Nicholas Voran helped me make my first car purchase. He was extremely organized and very patient with me the entire time (which was close to 6 hours, mostly due to dealing with my insurance company). He thoroughly answered all my questions and broke down every detail until I understood everything that was going on. I sincerely got the impression that his main priority was to help me be comfortable with the car-buying process and to feel confident about my decision to buy a vehicle. He stepped in and patiently coordinated with my insurance company and my parents (co-signers) when I was starting to lose track of what was going on with the car-buying process. I definitely recommend this dealership and specifically Nicholas as a salesperson. No awkward small talk, no fast-talking, no pushy sales pitches. Simple, straightforward, and customer-focused.

Conrad is a fabulous salesmen, and the entire sales team is caring, attention and knows their products. They bleed Ford blue! We have enjoyed experiencing a memorable and easy sales process for both Ford vehicles we purchased. They are professional and transparent, which used to be an unusual combination in the world of car sales. From start to finish, we were well taken care. But the proof is in how they treat you after the sale. Thankfully, Tallahassee Ford continues to shine here as well. The service department is speedy and knowledgeable. My salesman checks on me to make sure I am happy and everyone knows the real meaning of customer service. So grateful for the team at Tallahassee Ford...they are doing business right.
