I just moved here from Grand Rapids, MI and was quite worried about my hair stylist situation. A woman at the bus told referred me to Claudette's. I called made an appointment and got my hair neatly done in a timely fashion. Over all I am completely satisfied with my hair. Mind you, I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to find anyone that can meet my standards as far as my hair. Ms. Claudette is a wonderful women and was outstandingly helpful. If you ask me, I would recommend anyone to go to her salon, you won't be disappointed.

My hair style (micro braids) were…
My hair style (micro braids) were wonderful once completed, but within a week they were falling out and 1 month later I looked sooo unkempt I took the rest of them out. Within 2-3 week they were falling out at a rate of 8 per week. I've had my hair done at Claudette's before and was not disappointed, but based upon my last visit I will NEVER drive from Georgia to Claudette's in Maryland to have my hair done again!!

The owner is rude, she has a piggish…
The owner is rude, she has a piggish mentality and I could hear the workers gossiping about her while I was getting my hair done but I guess most or all braiding shops are like that. My biggest issue though was that I was not pleased with the outcome of my hair. I felt ripped off because I did micro braiding and purchase hair from there and in 2 weeks my hair looked like it was more than a month old... I will NEVER RETURN!

Care and Unique Styles
I've been getting my hair done at Claudette's Braiding Gallery. They're very professional, Care about you as the client, always providing the best and the most Unique Styles I seen yet. Each time I go back I'm so under sided which style to get next... They're all so beautiful. They provided pictures and more pictures of their styles all on the walls/books. You can even work with them to come up with something you like if you've a picture.
I've taken my family and recommended them to all my friends. It's worth the cost/and they do give discounts on line coupon!!!! Their are master hair braiders that are awesome! As well as the other braiders. In fact while I was writing this review I had left a voice message for Claudette to access the website for pictures on line. I got a call back within 10 mins of my called. She was so nice to hear on the other line. That is customer service when you can hear the joy in someone voice when assisting their clients with a question. Thank you for outstanding service. Gail J.
