Lawnmower Shop

I came to their shop totally unprepared. With minimal information, they were able to diagnose my problem and get me the part I needed. I was back in business in no time. Great staff. Very friendly. I recommend them to everyone.

The owner and/or employees have very serious attitude problems. I would have a hard time taking anything back to this shop in the future.

I have had poor results with this company in the past but decided to give them one more try. I brought my chainsaw in (not starting) for repair. When I picked it up it was hard to start, ran rough and dquit altogether after a few minutes. I took off the engine cover and found that the carburetor was attached by only one of two bolts. I found the other bolt in the bottom of the compartment-it was covered with dirt and debris and had obviously been there for some time. I cleaned it and re-installed it (i needed to get back to work). the next day I returned (with closeup pictures) and asked for a refund. The owner (also the repairman) got very b elligerent and refused to refund the charge. I will never take my business there again and would urge others not to.

I took in 2 different chain saws on 2 different occasions. They were not running and I said "make it run good" . Got it back after paying a pricey ticket and all they did was adjust the carburetor and it ran slightly better, then quit working again. Ditto for the other saw. Took them both to Keys Lawn and Garden based on a recommendation and the owners knowledge was immediately apparent. Got them back and they both ran like brand new. Dont use the lawnmower shop on HWY 82.
