My car has broke down about 4-5 weeks ago. I have either had to catch a bus to work or ask someone for a ride. I heard about this place from a friend of mine who said he had purchased a vehicle there a year ago and they made it quick and easy. So I decide to go there first. Upon my arrival I was greeted by my salesman, Louis Kim, who approached me with a friendly smile and introduced himself. He took the time to actually listen to what I needed. After about 25-30 minutes of small talk and joking around he was able to determine what type of vehicle would work best for me. He knew exactly what I was trying to say without me ever actually saying it. I was worried about my credit situation, car payment, and insurance since I would need full coverage. He got the message and put me into a vehicle that would fit payment, insurance, daily commuting, and gas saving needs. He then offered a test drive and during the drive I felt like he had made the right choice. I seen other vehicles that were similar in mileage and year for more money. The general manager and sales manger came outside to introduce themselves and to see if they could further assist me, which I think was just amazing that they would take the time out of their busy day just to make sure I was happy and didn't have any questions. I told them I liked the car and as long as we can reach a payment that I can comfortably pay I would take the car home today. Long story short I am now the owner of a 2006 Civic. They also kept my payment $70 less than I had originally planned. The customer service, the no pressure environment, and the friendly staff made this a great experience. I have stopped in there 1 time for work promised to me and another handful of times just to say hi. The managers and Louis all know me on a first name basis and when I come in they always take the time to see how I'm doing and treat me like they have known me for years. I highly recommend this place to everybody and I highly recommend asking for Louis. Forgot his last name and don't have his card on me, but he's the Asian guy.
We were told by this place threw my daughter. Husband and I needed a car cause my daughter moved back in with us and needed rides to work. We were at a lost so I gave classiness auto a call after viewing there web site for cars and fell in love with a purple pt crusier they told me to fill out there application and call back when done. I did and Mike said we quilfied for the car got there saw the car drove it love it. Mike wasted no time got the paper work done payment were even better and drove off the lot happy. The car we bought was a used "as is" car. How good is classiness auto 6 days later the check engine light came on and the car had a small leak called Mike he told me where to take it I did the place fix it and I didnt have to pay classiness took care of it. They could have told me once i bought the car as is it was my responsibility to fix it but thats how honest they were and for that I well always buy a car from classiness auto Ask for Mike he's a great family guy. Thanks Mike I plan on buying from you again in the future
I have to say I almost punched a finance person in the face with his attitude after I purchased a car their and tried to return it I had not done the interview with the bank yet so the deal was not final. They stuck me with a very high payment almost 500 amonth on a 5 year old car. So I told them I wanted a lower payment at first they where like we cant do that so your going to have to let it get repossed. I said the deal is not done yet so the ball is in my court they said not it isnt and I said ok I want my down payment back and then a guy comes in and says give me the keys to your car and get out of here you dont get you down payment back either. As I was leaving ready to get a attouney to get my money back. The general manager steps in and made every thing right he put me in a different car with almost half the origional payment. GREAT JOB FROM THE BOSS AND I RECIEVED PLENTY OF SORRYS FROM THE OTHER GUY BEFOR EVERY THING WAS SIGNED. I will return to this carlot but with a lot of causion.
I don't know why everyone is saying these horrible things about this dealership. I just purchased a 2007 Dodge from this lot and had a great experience!! First I spoke with Rusty on the phone and he was very knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for and he suggested the Dodge I ended up purchasing, He even sent me the Carfax! Then upon my arrival to the lot I did not feel pressured at all! We parked and looked around for awhile before being approached. I liked how smooth the process was from there Bob let us test drive the vehicle, we were even able to discuss lowering the price! Bob was so great and easy to talk to! When it came to purchasing the car Mike the owner was SO NICE! He sat down and explained everything to us, it really relieved any stress I had about purchasing a car. All around they have amazing staff, I will definitely be buying from them again and will recommend this dealership to all my family and friends!
I was greeted very professionally at the front desk (always am) as I met my dealer. He grabbed me the set of keys to a manual Chevy Cruze, drove it up to the front for me, let me inspect everything and we went on a test drive. Everything checked out perfect and on the road we discussed business. This was the first car I mastered stick in so she felt right for me. I later found out in order for the policy to grant me low payments I'd need to finance a cheaper vehicle. Mind you, Jason gave me plenty of time to think long and hard about my decision and gave me plenty of options to choose from. I was set on the Cruze, but it was unrealistic for me to pay it off. I eventually made my decision on an '04 Sentra with an extremely low interest rate. I enjoy commuting with it as it came with it's own advantages as compared to the Cruze so I'm not complaining. Overall I was satisfied with my purchase and the customer service.
We saw an ad online. We went to check it out..SHOCKED !!! Excellent service from the start. Mike greeted us in a professional manner. Showed us whatever car we thought looked good. Asked for his opinion several times and I felt he was being honest. We test drove a car and they didn't rush us. No pressure, no bs, no hurry up ! We ended up telling them our concerns and we came to a speedy resolution. Bought the car and I feel absolutely satisfied that they were honest. That's saying a lot for a used car dealership. Then for the paperwork portion we met "Bob" what a nice man. He explained everything in a professional manner, took his time, answered all of our questions. I don't think people are talking about the people I worked with ? I will be back again and will happily recommend anyone I know looking for honest, personable and professional dealership.

I bought a 01 Beetle from here about three weeks ago. When we test drove it, we noticed the passenger seat release wasn't working so of course that gotten written into the contract to be fixed. So we set up an appointment for the following Thurs. Well, Wed night, my bug decided it didn't want to start at first. So when I show up on Thurs, I tell Micheal (the owner/manager) and without hesitation, he says we'll take care it. Being that I bought a used car with no warranty, this could have turned out very differently. This a small lot and and everyone has been super friendly. I have had other experiences with a huge lot (also in Tacoma), where the exact opposite happened. I applaud Micheal and everyone on the lot, way to care of your customers!!! I will send everyone I know there from now on.

I shopped for a Subaru Forester for about 1year+. So I know a little about what I am looking for. I was searching on AutoTrader and found an ad for the LL Bean Edition 2007 for a fair price. I called 650pm Sat nite and spoke with Bob and made an appointment for Sunday. Very nice people, knowledgeable in cars, and getting us less than perfect behind the wheel. I was pleasantly surprised indeed. When I saw the car in person it was even better than the ad, had some interesting extras, and Bob was fun to deal with.
