Please call or email for an individual, family or a couple's counseling free twenty minute consultation today. --About The Therapist-- I am a therapist specializing in individual, group, family, and couple's counseling. I use several treatment modalities such as psycho-dynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy to meet individual needs with an emphasis on individual and family centered therapy. I received my master's degree in Psychology and Counseling from City University of Seattle, WA and have been working in the mental health field with various agencies in the Greater Northwest for the last six years. I am a mental health child specialist and trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also a certified trainer in Aggression Replacement Training and Girl's Circle which is a program to build self esteem in adolescent and teenager girls. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is very important. With compassion and understanding, I am committed to helping you meet attainable goals for yourself and gain an overall sense of well being. I believe that connections and relationships have a huge impact on our overall well being. Keeping this in mind, I am also committed to helping you build more deeper and more meaningful connections with yourself, others, and the community. We will work together to build on your own strengths and meet your goals. Mellisa A. Clark, M.A., LMHCA --Services and Fees-- My regular fees for psychotherapy are $100.00 however, I do offer a sliding fee scale to provide affordable therapy for those who could benefit from it. I do not bill insurance companies however, I will provide a detailed receipt upon request that can be provided to insurance companies and/or employment. Please check with your provider or place of employment to see if they provide reimbursement. Fee's are due in the beginning of session. * Fees are negotiable based on individual circumstances. * I do offer a free 20 minute meet session for those who want to meet with me prior to committing to a full session.
