This place has questionable billing practices! They do not give you invoices, with out you having to ask for them. Their receptionists and "intake specialists" are NOT customer friendly! They are totally disconnected from each other! One week they tell you are current and up to date on the co pays,(of course I trusted them since they do NOT give invoices, and had been paying co-pays each week), the very next week they tell you that you are three visits behind! (THIS IS QUITE SPENDY WHEN YOU HAVE TWO KIDS GOING TO THEM!) Then they tell you that if your therapist approves of a cancellation that we could do so without a cancellation fee.... then when he does approve it because of the receptionists billing error, they enforce you to pay the cancellation fee!
If you can get past the money and customer service aspect, scheduling appointments are very challenging!
Going to counseling is stressful enough, without adding this disorganized, rude, lack of customer service. As a customer... I CHOOSE TO TAKE MY MONEY AND INSURANCE ELSEWHERE!
