Cruise America Motorhome Rental and Sales

I would not recommend renting from this establishment unless you like to treated rudely at every attempt to talk to Mary. We made a reservation on line and when you get your confirmation, it says to call and confirm your pickup time. I called and was greeted semi professional. As soon as I told her the purpose of my call and gave my reservation date and time (which was a Saturday) and it all went down hill from there. Mary immediately turned into a person that you don t want to deal with in any circumstance. She kept saying that she did not have time to deal with Cruise America rentals on Saturday because she was too busy with UHauls. She didn’t want to answer any of my questions, like could we check one out ahead of time, etc. Well, I solved her problem – we did rent from Cruise America but picked up our RV from another location. And if we do decide to rent again, I can guarantee that we will not be dealing with the Tacoma location or Mary! I would recommend you find another location even if you have to drive 100 miles.
