Parent Child Assistance Program formerly known as Birth to three. My relationship with this business started back in 1996 with the birth of my first child. I was a new mother with an extensive crack cocaine problem. Betsy Hugley-Alford was assigned to my case and it has been both an honor and a priviledge to know her. After 12 years of abuse I am a clean and sober individual. Betsy and I have been through so much together over the last decade of my life when I saw this site I couldn't help but take the time to sit down and tell about this program. Drug abuse has become an epidemic in this country of ours and programs like this are much needed. There were many days that I didn't think I would be able to make it through and Betsy was always there for me when I needed her. She has went above and beyond the call of duty to help me and I honestly believe that if it weren't for her that I would not be here today. I can't say enough good things about this program to give it justice.
Lou Hallie has the approach that I needed. He is an excellent active listener and asks very direct questions, but questions that I had not asked myself. He gave me a different perspective that I couldn't see for myself. I felt stuck in a particular time in my life and he helped me get unstuck. He didn't make me feel like I had to be in counseling for the next 2 years like a lot of counselors, we opened up the problems, touched on the underlying issues and found a way for me to accept, acknowledge, and move on. I was recommended Lou Hallie from a friend and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to look at their personal tangled, stuck situation in a new light and learn ways to accept with integrity and move on with strength and confidence. Thank you.
Love this place, I have never had an issue scheduling and I leave with results, enough said
