        Got here at 4:20 p.m., and put our name on the list for party for 12. A staff member came to us, and told us it would be about 15 to 20 minutes because they had some big parties inside already. We decided to wait. 1 hour later we went up to the receptionist and asked how much longer. Her reply was not sure. Unacceptable! We called Tully's down the street and they told us come right in and we will seat you. We walked out of Red Lobster, and went to Tully's. Get there and they seated us right away at a table they prepared for us, and had popcorn there too. Had a great meal here! Red Lobster should learn a lesson from this, and start taking reservations!

        Well New Hartford location...Food was excellent. I only like very little sea food. Went with friends of mine, they got nice large platers of food. I ordered a fish fry..damn thing was so small , I felt like a child with a happy meal, left hungry :-(

        Good quality for the price

        I'm not much of a seafood person, but I've never had better biscuits! Our entire dinner party enjoyed their meals, the service was great, and we didn't wait as long as expected.
