I've used Dependable Taxi a couple times…

I've used Dependable Taxi a couple times in the past few years without a problem, until about a week ago. I scheduled a taxi about an hour in advance for a 10-15 min. drive to the train station. It was about 10 minutes after the scheduled time, I called, and they assured me that the taxi was on its way. I wait another 5 minutes, I get a call saying the taxi is right outside my house; it's not. I call back, and they assure me it's in the neighborhood. I call a few more times over the next 10 minutes until the taxi is finally here - 25 minutes late. It's probably worth noting, I live on a fairly large street about a mile from SU; it's not too hard to find.

The trunk was broken, and the driver didn't even acknowledge there was an issue, other than by asking how much time I had before my train. He didn't even make clear why he was late. Fortunately, I made my train by just a few minutes. I will avoid in the future.

I called half hour before my schedule…

I called half hour before my schedule time. The cab never showed up and I called the representative a few times and he kept saying the taxi would show up in 5 min. I waited approximately 30 min before I called other company, therefore I missed my flight.

I road with Andrea and she was very pleasant and safe driver i would call dependable again anytime anywhere They are the best
