This review is a little over due,I would 10 star Vin Devers but...lol🥂 First & foremost let me start by saying I have always held Mercedes-Benz in general to much higher standards because of the performance & engineering of their vehicles!! I have owned several & they never disappoint,I now have a ml350 bluetec (diesel) great engine for a chick that puts a lot of miles on 4 wheels!! That being said Vin Devers had their hands full with my suv,especially with recalls & trying to get parts and my phone calls!!🤣 jk
That being said they went over and above all my expectations & mine are pretty high!!! Keith Solmon is what makes Vin Devers service department truly the best,they always say the speed of the leader is the speed of the gang!! He went over and above,Kevin Piel made every effort to keep me updated on parts & recalls!! Keith also had my car detailed because it was in the shop for a couple of minutes 🙃 lol
Kudos to Kyle Degroff on my detail from the engine to the carpet,seats wax job wheels👏 great job!! And I thought I kept my car super clean!! 😭
Even Eugene the valet who swapped out my courtesy car for my car was the best,he was so nice and very polished that even my neighbor said what a great guy!!
Keep up the great work guys,I'll be back for that G Wagon!! My car runs like a champ!!🏆

they give me written promise on fixing the Check light engine, the Sales man were avoiding me for a month, finally the Manager answered me instead and send a driver to fix the car.

I wrote down the code numbers before they fix the car and I texted them the numbers to keep a records.

After they take the car to fix it 2 times and take them too long every time to comeover, the check light keep coming back with one of the SAME OLD CODES and NOT new one.

It’s true that they tried to fix it, but It seems that the car had an issue that they couldn’t fix before they sell it and they choose to sell it with a promise of fixing it then eventually through it all on the customer after few months. I paid price for a car without Check Engine issue and it’s their problem.

Wow!!!! they really clean the place up well. Everything looks great and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Don't think I will shop anywhere else. Check it out!!!
