        Honest and Talented Plumbers,

        I had a roots in my sewer line and i had to replace the line with trench less technology. First of all there estimate compared to others was a few thousand cheaper. Yes i said it a few thousand! The techs James and Daniel are very nice young men but they sure do know what there doing. They had the new line in the cement was patched and the yard cleaned up very nicely in a day and a half.
        i am very satisfied.

        I've been trying for a month to get a simple right back but after you give them your money there is absolutely no follow-up but they took a piece of my property once the checks written they are done with you no follow-up no follow-through no integrity it's not about the rake it's about the principal once they're paid they're gone

        Guarantee?

        They came over and fixed a cooler line on top of the roof after arguing about it with the owner about a year back. They said it was supposed to be guaranteed - (I'm sure that's what they always say, anyways). Soon after it was set up, I checked on the line, (1) it wasn't even attached to the roof, and (2) now it leaked all over the roof last night and this morning. Great way to start of 2011! Thanks Duran & Sons. Now I gotta get mentally prepared to call them one more time and get them to come "guarantee" my plumbing.
