As a pretty big fan of Mexican food that runs the gamut from gourmet to authentic to quick and tasty, I'm sorry to say I got none of the above at La Fiesta. My husband and I tried this place out right before we moved here hoping it would become our new favorite restaurant.
The people at the restaurant seemed to speak with a Russian accent. Not sure if that had any bearing on the food but I was worried about how authentic it would taste. When I ordered enchiladas, they made the mistake of using cheddar cheese, which is generally greasy and flavorless when it comes to Mexican food. All of this was on top of the fact that the prices were DOUBLE what I would normally pay at another restaurant for the same (and better quality food). Unfortunately, I don't plan to go back.
