Terrible experience, and will never go back. I moved from MA to NJ, and set up my annual mammogram. I requested prior films to be sent to them from the MA provider because I have fibrous tissue and wanted the new doctor to have my history. I requested these both in writing and via phone. When I got to the appointment, they had no record of my appointment, and no films. I gave the receptionist the direct dial number for the MA provider. They did do the mammo and that experience was fine, but a week later, I still had no results. My NJ doctor called them to request the results, and later I got an urgent call that there were abnormalities, and I needed to go back immediately. I called to schedule a new appointment, and the scheduler gave me a date in 3 weeks! Once I told her this was due to abnormalities being found, she realized that was crazy, and agreed to fit me in, one week later at the hospital in Salem, NJ (not in Beckett near my home). She told me the radiologist would read the results immediately and tell me directly. Once at the hospital we waited over an hour for the scans. When finished they told me to leave and my doctor would get the results. I asked about the immediate reading, and they said the radiologist was gone for the day! Another week passed and no call from my doctor. I called her again, and again she had to request the results, because they never sent them to her. No issues were found, and they recommended a 6-month follow up. I asked if they referenced my prior mammos in MA, and she said no, just the original mammogram with them in Beckett. I’ll wait a full year, and go somewhere else. Thankfully this wasn’t my first one!
