Our dryer we bought brand new we found out it was a year old. We have had to replace the heating panel twice in this so called new dryer you have to turn on the dryer to dry clothes at least two times to get clothes dry. The service people bedcock sends out sucks they don't no what they are doing. I would not recommend bedcock to anyone ever.

We have had problems with the refrigerator we bought since day one. our refrigerater has cracks damages in ice maker doors were damaged when brought in our house.we have had repair men come again and sgain.and all bedcocks worried about is there payments not customers serivce.this is what you get when you have high school kids deliver products.

We brought a livingroom set from you about 8 months ago and we have had to replace the loveseat twice now the loveseat and sofa are falling in so my husband look under it and notice the screws had fell out. I call the locate office and was told that the repair man was on vacation and i would be the first on the list when he come back. I just hate the way they feel it ok that you pay your bill and buy insurance and when something happen you should have to wait. Calling corp.

Dear Badcock's Furniture of Swainsboro.. Thank you for delivering my elderly Mother a damaged foot board, part of the bed that she bought from you,. When she asked the delivery men about the scratches , she was told that ' that is the way this is 'supposed' to look'... Well, one of those 'supposed' scratches had a big old splinter, just waiting for my Mom's finger! -What lovely delivery men..how wonderful that they treat elderly people that way. I am so glad that one day they will be old and maybe somebody will treat them like dummies, too.
