        I agree! My payment is due the 5th (yesterday) iv been on the phone with owner the 4th&5th to make arrangements for me to come pay on the th when my check arrives, well my new couches Arrived today the 6th and I'm locked out!

        Hi Kaylynn, Storage rent is due on the 1st of each month, considered late after the 5th. Units are secured with the renter’s own padlock - they are the only ones accessible to their unit. Your deposit was forfeited due to unpaid rent, damage to the unit’s latch and the boxes, bookcase, totes and trash left in unit. (We do have pictures of the condition you left this unit in.)         Last Resort - Desperate

        Crooks! As soon as you leave they put an extra lock on and you have no access w/o their supervision. I'm a professional who makes upwards of 200k w/ an excellent reputation in business. They rented me a unit w/ 15-20 pallets and dirty. I asked why and they said someone left them. Didn't need that much space so I trusted them. They charged me for the pallets and told me there was broken glass under the pallets. At their convenience they will allow you to access your unit. Always a waiting game!!! If you're like me and want to do business with honest and trustworthy people, this isn't your place.

        These people reinforced how a single, educated professional woman gets screwed in the real world. They give Surrey North Dakota a bad name. People like this never win.

        Hi Kellie, When you rented the unit, you requested the pallets to put your items on (you were never charged for them). You made no mention of the unit being dirty before you moved in. You vacated the unit leaving garbage, broken furniture and broken glass. You told us your ex moved your stuff into the unit and damaged a lot of items. Your unit was only locked after several days when your rent wasn’t paid by the 5th as stated in the lease agreement. BK Storage Units
