I have been going to ARK for over 7 years. Yes, the facility is old. Would you be willing to pay more if they updated. Yes, they may appear to be disorganized, but maybe that's because they always do their best to take care of all animals that need help. The staff is always pleasant even in the midst of chaos and they get me in and out as quickly as possible.
The wait can be can a little long sometimes, but do you go right back at YOUR doctor.
I have a question for you? How much have you donated to ARK in money and or supplies?

You complain about a HAIR being on the exam table? My goodness, If I were you I would just go somewhere else. In fact, I would venture a guess that the staff probably wishes you would.

One last thing. Are you ashamed. with all your complaining, to let people know your identity. I can understand why!

They take good care of pets, only complaint is I took an injured bird there and they euthanized it very quickly without telling us what was wrong with it and that was upsetting. However my boyfriend and his parents always bring their pets there with nothing but good things to say. So my only concern is how quickly they euthanize

Dr Jansky is the best ever!!!!! She treats our pets like family!!!! She is kind, gentle, and a Real Doctor !!! Who has always fixed any problem we've had!!!! I wish she was a people Dr !!!! I would trust her with my life!!!!! Not only is she a great Dr. She has a great Human Heart !!!! Who treats our pets and us with Respect And Compassion !!!!! You can't ask for more than what she gives!!! Our Poco, considers her his Buddy!!!! And so do we!!! We are fortunate to have her here in SC!!!!! Thankyou Dr Jansky!!!!! I am astounded at the way I was just treated. Called to make an appt for my dog who I think swallowed a battery and was rudely told they had already told me to go to the emergency vet!!! Check your caller ID. I had not called. Maybe it's a coincidence that more than 1 dog has swallowed a battery but I should not have to take my dog to the emergency vet when the vet I use is open and I trust the vets there. I can't believe the way I was treated. Purely disgusting.

Have been going to Ark for about 5 yrs now. I have two pets that are both seniors and are starting to have a lot of health issues. The current vet that we are seeing there I do like. However, the wait time even when you have an appt. is ridiculous, the building is very old, out dated and several times when I have went into the exam room I have had to clean the exam table myself because there was hair from the previous pet that was in the room prior to us. This place has been around for 20 plus years there is no reason why they can't expand and get things up to date. A bigger building, with plenty of parking (the parking is a joke as well) and just an overall modern facility that offers a lot more in house services. Also, the front desk staff is unorganized to say the least. If it wouldn't be such an issue with my husband to switch vets completely I would have done it a long time ago. There is just no excuse this day in age for this office to be so outdated and often appears to be dirty from the waiting room to the exam room. There are plenty of good vets in this area I would recommend going elsewhere if you are seeking a new vet.

When I first adopted my jack Russell 11 years ago, ark animal hospital has been at our side from the very first day. Since nobody/no animal lives forever I had some concerns for max's health as he ages. Over the last few years max has been getting bumps all over his body and I was very concerned for his health. I have a busy schedual between college and work, I didn't have time to make an appt. so they were nice to let me walk-in. Max was seen and I was reassured that his bumps are do to age not cancer, I was relieved that he will be ok.

this animal hospital has been servicing my four legged family for over 20 years. I would recommend them to anyone who luvs their pets, theyre kind, friendly, reasonably priced, patient, and always answer any questions I have. it's a wonderful place for helping adopt, rescue, and shelter animals in need.

I've been using Ark for 12 years. The vets and staff are the kindest I've ever meet. I wouldn't trust my pets with nobody else
