Dina's Bridal

I found my perfect wedding gown online, but needed to find a dealer that worked with my chosen designer to order the dress. However, I was only 4 months away from my wedding day, and every dealer I called blew me off, saying it was way too late to order a custom gown. When I called Dina's, they immediately asked for the style number of the dress that I wanted to order, then they offered to call the designer to see if they had one in stock... and the designer said they did! I drove over an hour that afternoon to get to Dina's and order my dress. When I got to Dina's, the designer called back and said they had made a mistake, and they didn't have my gown in stock after all! Before I could say a word, Dina stood up for my on the phone with the designer. She said "We have a bride here that has driven over an hour to order this dress because YOU said it was in stock, now how are you going to fix this?" And the designer said the magic words... "Well since it was our mistake, we will make an exception and do a rush custom order on her dress." THANK YOU DINA!!!! Any other salon would never have made this possible, I got my perfect dress custom ordered and it arrived several weeks before the wedding. Dina worked me in for 3 fittings before the big day and made sure everything was perfect. She is talented and pays attention to detail, so I had her make me a custom veil, which was BEAUTIFUL. It was very very high quality, simple but well-made, and it went perfectly with my gown. Dina's made my dream wedding possible on short notice, and I can't say enough good things about the work they did for me.



To the other reviewer, I understand your experience. Dina's is a busy place, and she does give priority to her brides that are doing their entire weddings through her salon in order to make sure they get the best service she can possibly give. Having chosen to work exclusively through her salon, I appreciate that she made time for me on a tight schedule, and she even came in one day when the store was closed to meet with me one last time before the wedding and make everything work. They worked so hard to give me everything I wanted! If you are like me and are picky, detail oriented, and want someone to work hard to give you EXACTLY what you want, then GO to DINA'S FIRST! Use them for your entire wedding. You won't be disappointed. Oh, and on a side note... I even came in under budget. WOW.

Dina's bridal is extremely rude and unhelpful. After purchasing my dress, I called ahead to ensure that Dina would do alterations, I was told Dina would call me back. After waiting for a week to get a call back, I called again. I booked an appointment for a week out. When I arrived for my appointment, Dina had no record of the appointment and treated me with little care or concern. I tried on my dress for her and she was extremely rude because I had not purchased the dress at her boutique (which I had previously stated on the phone). She told me she couldn't do alterations on my gown and that I needed to "lose 5 lbs". It was extremely humiliating and rude, I will never go back and would highly recommend that you go elsewhere to find a dress.
