Bringing my RC in for repair I had to wait patiently for ten to fifteen minutes while the store owner conversed with friend about old stories. After leaving my RC there for repairs (without giving me any kind of documentation it was there) I was eventually contacted days after the time quoted. I was told that it would not be able to work without several new parts that cost a premium over their competitors. Later after telling some friends who were experts about some of the things I was told, they informed me that it was completely lie. Some employees seem nice and helpful but I just wish I knew more about the hobby because I have no doubt that they try to advantage of the inexperience or at least I know they did with me.
Whoever this person is (and I doubt if he is a customer here)is more than welcome to talk to me of either of my 2 employees if he thinks he was treated unfairly. No comment has been made to us about this persons problem to date. If he is not happy and a genuine customer he should speak to us before posting this or remove it.
