Boss the Pet Connection

Horrible, allowed a dog to gasp for air while boarding for GOD knows how long before calling us, what happened to your "On call VET", in fact what happened to common sense and compassion when you allow a beloved ESA animal gasp for air until owners arrive????

I recently adopted a 13 year old Shih Tzu who gets rather aggressive during grooming. After being turned away by more than one “professional” groomer, I thought we were doomed to getting less-than-artistic hair cuts from the vet. Then I found Boss! Not only were the perfectly comfortable grooming my grumpy guy, but they also gave him a cut that was functional AND cute.

Had a great experience at this place! Shane took good care of me and I came out a happy customer. I highly recommend this place!

I love taking my dog here, they do such a good job with their full groom. They actually listen to how you want your dog's coat cut and make sure every hair is in place! I've been to cheaper, quicker places but it's definitely not worth it. I'm always happier when I go to Boss, my dog comes out bright white, great cut with a cute bow! Also recommend the dental cleaning!

My dog is always groomed perfectly & he gets excited when we pull up in the parking lot.
Everyone is very nice & helpful.
He gets groomed regularly there. I have tried other places but Boss Pet Connection is the best connection to have for dog grooming.

Great Staff, My Dog never pulls the leash when we enter the front dog (like the vet). They must treat him well as he must like it. Quality Service, Fair Price, Easy to make an appointment. Best part He look sooooo good and handsome when we pick him up. I might start using the pickup and delivery service next time.

Very impressed with the personal attention you receive at Boss the Pet Connection. This is my second shihtzu that Boss has groomed and done a wonderful job. When I brought Sadie in, she was a long haired, tangled up, precocious little puppy and thanks to Jennifer she is now an adorable, well groomed girly looking puppy with the topknot I always wanted her to have. Jennifer always has tips and tricks to help me keep her looking good til the next grooming. Highly recommend!
