Not a happy customer
I like the property. It is very nice. The housekeeper's did a wonderful job in keeping my room clean. They were very nice and polite. The maintenance and the property looks good. The only reason I would not check into that property is because of management. She and the lady with the red hair are very rude. The lady with the red hair is rude and demanding. I do not like the way the manager work with guests. I had a neighbor who happened to be a male, who was telling me that the manager is very flirtatious but very friendly and nice. I see she treats people differently. I didn't have that kind of treatment. The lady with the red hair didn't make my reservation like I had asked her to. I called her from my room and asked to book me a room for the following week. She said she did and when I came in the next week, it was not there. I specifically asked her if she had made my reservation and she said don't worry about it, it's all done. I come in and there was no reservation and I was furiated that I yelled at one of the clerks because my reservation was not in the system. I came in to talk to the manager and all she said was, I'm sorry there is nothing we can do about it. I am really sorry, but the clerk was probably busy. I did not like how she handled the situation. After I left the office, the guest behind me checked into a room and happened to run into me and said, the manager lady was telling me and that other clerk that was working that it's not their fault, what can we do about it. Oh well, she doesn't have to stay here. We deal with this all the time. What she expects us to do, give her a free night? I can't believe this. To those who wants to stay there, all the services is great, but management is not so great. That's why I stay across the street. The manager there is so sweet and handle things well.

Suprised
I stayed at Motel 6 in Sunnyvale, CA expecting a low budget Motel.
What I received was much better! The Staff is super friendly and my
room was clean and comfy. I paid a reasonable price and got exactly
what I needed a clean room to rest my tired self. Wi-Fi is extra but
from what I saved staying here it is well worth it.
I stayed several days and the property was clean in appearance and there
was never any issues to make me uncomfortable. The ladies in the office
always welcomed me with a smile and professionalism, even calling me a
taxi when I needed one. They also had great knowledge of surroundings
so all I had to do was ask and they knew how to send me in the right direction.
When I was unsure the manager even printed me out a map to get me to a
job interview!! It is conveniently located next to 2 restaurants as well as within walking
distance of a shopping center. All in all I left happy.
