Overall
HORRIBLE SERVICE

I bought many dresses and had an okay experience, but once when i had to return damaged item they suddenly changed thier tone to sorry once we sell its your problem.. even within 7 days of their exchange policy with receipt they just didnt want to do it.. these kind of people still exist??? very bad customer service.. Also looks like the other 2 reviews are by the owners themselves to help boost their ratings...

ONCE THEY SELL THEY JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU...

Overall
Bad sales ethic

We bought 4 dresses and spent considerable amount.. they were really nice when selling the stuff. When we brought stuff home one of the pieces of ghagra choli looked like it was used and was torn from a few places.. when we went back and asked for exchange 2 days later.. suddenly service was like a shopkeeper in India.. they did not want to return or even exchange.. I am still amazed that people can run thier businesses like this.. we have been in US for a while and had forgotten that some business people can be really cheap and show their real colors when they have to take stuff back.. I would not recommend this place to anyone
