if you think about buying an apartment here...think twice. It has the worst management I have ever seen. The guys in the management office, whom you will have to deal with for everything, are completly arrogants and the only thing they want is just complicate everything instead of helping you out. They charge you for every detail, like if you want 2 chairs instead of one @ the beach you will have to pay extra, if you want an extra towel @ the pool, pay for that also. They have the craziest rules I have ever seen: if you have furniture delivered to your apartment it will take forever until this guys give you the OK to do so. They will not let the delivery guys let in if you havent asked them permission to do so....But again the worst is the attitude of the guys at the management office. Just does not feel like you are in a nice place with nasty people. They should be much nicer and treat people with respect.
