Elite Moving And Storage

We hired Elite Moving and Storage a few weeks ago.The team of movers were prompt, courteous, extremely fast and careful with our furniture. They were very professional, the price of the move was very reasonable and they exceeded all our expectations for the move.I would recommend them for anyone who wants a painless move!

The two movers from Elite Moving did a great job! They brought two other guys and they worked hard the whole time. No damage to anything. They packed the truck efficiently and everything was great. Would use them again if we move in the future.

I sent them email and Donna called me with all the details how many guys what size truck and estimated time for my move
The 3 guys did it so fast and careful they had all the tools for my bed garment boxes

We used Elite moving to move our home from Burbank last week.
I saw them on Google and moving reviews site they had good reviews so i called them and got all the information i needed for our move
Talk it over with the hubby he really wanted someone to come out to our home so we can have fixed price.
I called several moving companies but Elite ware the only company thag was willing to send representative to our home.
Val came out gave us all the information answer the questions we had and quoted fix price to have it all done.
We had all packing done but we did needed halp with artwork mirrors and one chandelier
That was all included in the quote
On the move day the crew was all prepered with the tools big ladder for the chandelier.
The crew was very professional careful and at the end they charged us the fixed price that was quoted by Val
We are very happy with our choice to use Elite

We got Elite after we search on the web for reliable company to move our home in Santa Monica Ca
They did great service for us, from Donna at the office to Avi and the guys.
Our move was 2 days total with them packing our fragile and art.
We had no issues at all and the cost was reasonable
We will recommend Elite and will use them in the future

Our broker referred elite to us he's been referring elite for many years to all of he's clients and he hears only good things about them so we called elite and spoke with Donna she was very helpful and patient and she gave us all the information we needed
The crew was amazing fast patient and very careful

I moved my apartment this morning and we just got it all done
The 4 guys ware wonderful really hard working guys
In the morning the had guy checked everything & gave me flat price so I didn't had to worry about time. That was great for me

Elite moving made my move from Dallas TX a stress free process! From the initial consultation with Donna, who walked me through every detail of the move and was always happy to change our estimate if needed, to the arrival of my staff 6 days later and the wonderful help Avi and his crew provided. I can't thank you enough.

For the record I give this place zero stars. Our initial quote to move from California to Illinois was $1375. We added our mattress and a few other items and the quote I was given the day before was move was $1770. They came the next morning and once they put our stuff on the truck told me that it would be $3000....this was after I was told multiple times that the price couldn't not exceed the contract. They charged us $300 because my apartment was at the end of the hallway. Seriously? We had no choice but to pay this amount because we had already given our apartment notice. They give you a cheap quote and then jack the price once they have your stuff on their truck.

I was told that it would take about 7 days to get our stuff. I sent several emails and NO ONE responded so I started calling multiple times a day. Half the time no one answered the phone. And if I did get to actually speak to someone all I was told was "I don't know"...."I don't know". No one had an answer for when our stuff was going to get here. One girl said to me that she didn't know where the driver was and he wasn't answering his phone. I was told that they have several people's items on the truck and they didn't know when we would be receiving our stuff. FINALLY we were given the driver's number. I spoke to him and 20 days after they picked our stuff up it STILL HADN'T LEFT CALIFORNIA YET. FYI this was after the people that this "business" told me that it was on the way.

We were told on several occasions that a manager would call us. That never happened. Every time I talked to these worthless people they would say "Can we take down your number and call you?" We NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL BACK.
ALSO you are suppose to receive a FORTY EIGHT hour notice. The driver called me on Sunday at 3pm telling me he would be here Monday morning at 8am.
I wish I had read the reviews on this terrible company before I had hired them to move my stuff.

We recently used Elite Moving for our move from Manhattan Beach to Encino. It was definitley the best and easiest move we have ever experienced. It was scheduled for 8 am and they were at 7:45. they parked the truck and put safety cones around it. It was a long day, the guys worked for thirteen and a half hours. They did not leave until they set up the beds and all the furniture and cleaned up. We will definitley recomend Elite to our friends and family and to others.
