        Overall

        Worst experience of our life. Had to move out. Estimate of two months took 6. Had to retain an attorney to get job completed and correct. Rarely is on site and takes little responsibility for what goes wrong.

        Do not work with Brian Klaas! He does not do what he promises, his job does not come in close to the time line promised, and he is hostile when collaboration is needed.
