        Horrible customer service, I actually got told off by him more than once when I took business to him. He then told me it was going to be over 140 dollars and that no locksmith could fix it. Went to ADC Lock and Key and they fixed it for 26 bucks and were very friendly while doing it. Bob just sat there bickering at me and smoking his cigarette.
