Rip off alert! Durable Medical Equipment shell game. Very dissatisfied with service. I have been double charged, given the wrong equipment and parts, even after having my cpap with me. Still got wrong parts and staff will not take returns of unusable components and will not refund my money. Receipt is deceptive, will not be going back and making report to insurance carrier...

Terrible service, constant excuses,nobody knows anything, fail to supply monthly replacement products and then tell you to o to post office yourself. Twice as expensive for oxy con.centrators than Linn. Bad attitudes.

I have been dealing with this company for the past few months, and I must say the person who got me set up was wonderful, however she left shortly after. All the staff I have spoken to since have been disrespectful and unknowledgeable when it came to my doctor changing my prescription and requesting different equipment. On numerous occasions I have run out of oxygen because it takes 2-3 days before then can set up a delivery.
