Brunk's Auction

Been attending for years, got some good deals and skunked on others(outbid). Often I find things I wasn't looking for, great place to review many items, and sometime you get a bargain.

We called you to handle our mothers estate after she passed away. Your response and manner in which you handled the estate was fantastic. The people you sent out to remove the items (Chad and Rob) were truly outstanding,we have never seen people work so efficiently and carefully .We will recommend your company to all our friends without hesitation.Bob and Marci Bowen

This is a great auction that is fair and fun to attend. It is a family affair and you can tell that they care about their customers and cosigners.

I can't thank the Brunk family enough for their help liquidating my mother's estate. I wish I could transport them to Michigan to help me again. They are professional and personable and simplified a horrific process. Brunks was recommended to me. I recommend them to everyone needing this fabulous service.

You guys are all awesome. You are talented, funny, amusing, hard-working and fair. Rich, Eric, Bonnie, Brian, Chad, and all the rest who work tirelessly behind the scenes. Thank you for the opportunities you bring to me, my wife and hundreds of others whose lives you touch. It breaks my heart when people steal from the families whose treasures you are selling. Fortunately, those individuals are few and far between. Thank you all again for the service you provide and the hard work you perform.

Regarding your comment about Items being put back for use of the auction. How do you know why the items were put back? I attend this auction on a regular basis and I have seen many times the owners or family DO bid on items that they want just like everyone else does. Sometimes they win the bid and sometimes they lose, just like everyone else. I have also seen things taken out of the auction for various reasons. Sometimes they discovered that an item belonged to something that was sold the week before, they contact the buyer and give them the item that went with it. sometimes it belongs to something selling next week. Or are you upset that there was multiples of the same item that you wanted and someone bought ONE of the items at a higher price than you wanted to pay and when asked if any one wanted one at the same price you said no because you wanted the item reauctioned for a lesser price? Quit crying that you didn't get an item you wanted, it's an auction, it happens. Brunks are by far the most honest, trustworthy, and ethical people I have ever done business with.

I have been attending this auction for several years and have found this to be the most honest and easy to do business auction in the valley. They run a far and fun auction.

Two of the things I wanted to bid on were put back for the use of the auction. I wonder if consignors knew that the auction house put them aside and didn't let people buy them. Even if they were going to use them for the trailers or for the building, they should bid like everyone else

A last minute job reassignment put my husband 2000 miles away while I dealt with all our belongings. With a short turnaround window everyone at Brunks went out of their way to meet my timeline. Fair, Honest and Friendly I would have no problem recommending them to all my friends and family. They went above and beyond while packing and loading up all my stuff and although they were not expecting the amount I had for them they stayed calm and simply rolled with the punches so to speak. I just can't say anything negative about this family owned and operated business.

The Brunks Auction and the family in particular run an ethical and quality auction. We have had all positive experiences in everything we have purchased and the buying process itself. They have gone out of their way to connect us with buyers of items after sold to assist us with special items when our daughter became disabled. They do a gret job and run a great auction and always have unique and special items. It is a favorite thing to do on Sundays.

When my Dad was placed in Hospice and my 85 year old Mother could not handle the house any longer, I contacted Auction Ron Brunk on a referral from a fiduciary to complete an estate sale. The whole transaction went well, When Eric and the guys came to the house to start packing they took great care to remove items without damaging the house. I thank Richard, Eric and the guys for making this as smooth a transition as possible for Mom and I.

This place is awesome!! family owned and such great wonderful people working there. The banter between the family is funny and just makes my weekend. They food they serve is very good as well. Gotta try a breakfast burrito or the the biscuits and gravy, YUM! Good prices and great fun for my girlfriend and I who just love it. Thanks and keep bringing in the good stuff. More toys please lol

Thank you Mr. Lloyd for telling us all that your an auction NUT for 50 years. That would make you past 70 then and therefore declared senile! Most people go to auctions to get a fair deal on a item! Why waste your time at an auction when you can go somewhere and pay wholesale anywhere! I would hardly say your getting a deal waiting on a dealer to run an item up to wholesale and then bid over that! There's a Walmart on every corner! But gee, what do I know. I have only attended auctions for two or three years! Maybe you have more dollars then sense! (Maybe you should attend church and throw your money in the collection plate!) Also, most auctions I attend have signs or state on there website that they have absentee bidding! Don't see any signs at Mr. Brunks do you?

We have found that every week some number's pop up during the bidding process! Yes numbers that are bidders who are not present or chose not to attend and bid with the rest of us! As stated in another review, there are so many dealers at Brunks and now even some of them no longer have to attend to bid, such as #28 or #51 to name a couple! maybe we missed the sign somewhere there telling us all we could make an on-line bid or just stay home-look at the pictures-call the office and bid! Both those #'s are dealers! I wonder if the rest of us were all dealers or favorites we could bid from home also! Nay, probably not since its not allowed! So if the auctioneer has to look at a list of bids from a sheet of paper before starting, don't look around to see who your bidding against-There not there! Then you might want to ask for a open account to charge and pay for whatever you wish, right Jimmy Hoarder and others! Or maybe just attend another auction where even you have a fair chance to win a item!

Yes indeed Tony V, There should be two auctions at Brunks! One for dealers such as yourself and the other for the public as a public auction should be! Dealers should be buying wholesale! Brunks is a long ways from a public auction!

This auction has turned into a distribution house for dealers and non documented Mexicans (who will run off with the stuff you purchased). Usually 4-5 of them there buying everything and reselling it in Mexico-(DEALERS right). And most the staff knows them by name! Then you have the local Dealers who are bidding against each other and driving the cost of the items way past what its worth! They have there little rented shops all over the valley and of coarse they have, Prescott, Flag, el Paso, Tucson, and other towns all driving up there prices and at the same time shutting out the public from winning any bids! If you attend auctions for something to do, then you will find Brunks very entertaining as the boys all cater to and call the dealers by name! We have going there for a few years now and they don't have a clue what our names are, nor do they care! The dealers keep them operating and the public gets to buy what the dealers leave behind! A year or so ago, I could have left a lot better rating!

i usually have to go to work on sunday afternoons and i wish just once in a while they could start the auction in the main building where the decent furniture is sold. do you ever think about selling the box lots 5 or so at a time?

We sold our house and didn't have time to sell our furniture on our own. Eric was recommended and when phoned, they were fast to come over and appraise our furniture. Once our decision was made, Eric and his boys come over and in no time at all moved our furniture without any damage or garbage left behind. I will highly recommend them.Thanks Eric.
