        I have been a Certified Canine Behaviorist for over 25 years and about 10 years ago I began receiving more clients that had acquired behavior issues like Separation Anxiety and Food Aggression after being kenneled at commercial facilities. That's when we decided to open Kennel Free boarding at our private residence to allow kids to stay in a calm stress free environment. We are the only ones in Sumter to offer this service in our home with full licensing, certifications and insurance. We offer Home Visits as an alternative. This service is .60 per mile round trip (from our location) and $10 per hour visit for up to 2 dogs. Two visits are mandatory per (24 hour) day but can be increased and time reduced for just potty visits. This will also include light housekeeping, mail retrieval, lights rotated and additional requests. Our Behavior Modification service is a little unorthodox from a typical training that takes place over the course of weeks or even months. I am a Certified Canine Behaviorist, understanding how a dog thinks and what its behaviors are a derivative of. This enables me in turn to educate you on how to react accordingly to eliminate what we deem undesirable and encourage appropriate, teaching Basic Obedience at the same time. A Home Analysis takes approximately 2 hours (sometimes longer) in your home and I request all members of the family who have constant contact with the dog to be present. It takes this long to evaluate environment and scenarios to be able to accurately devise the proper training regime.
