This place has great service!. Currently going for tattoo removal and might i add is working wonders.! Tried a place before this with no results. But i must say tge machine at ethos is by far very fast for tattoo removal

A professional, up-to-date & personable operation - Ethos Spa runs beyond 'skin-deep'. Dr. Soni willingly spent a fair amount of time & attention to each visit, carefully monitoring & adjusting treatment as necessary. His input and medical experience is truly impressive, yet his kind nature, and that of the staff makes a visit to Ethos Spa a comfortable & positive experience. I opted for unlimited sessions for laser hair removal on my chin, cheeks and neck. I had embarrassing thick dark hair and the treatments have been very successful. I used to spend 10 minutes plucking in the morning and again in the evening. Now, I pluck an occasional stray hair and my next laser treatment is scheduled 2 months from now. During the treatments, I had a bad flare-up of acne from hormonal changes. Dr. Soni adjusted my treatment and prescribed an ointment that has worked miracles. And, since I have the unlimited session package, I have the added assurance that if I need an occasional 'touch-up', I can make an appointment as I see fit. I've been to a number of spas and have had laser hair removal performed in the past. I must say Ethos Spa successfully combines professional medicine with an unpretentious and serene environment. Highly recommended.

I really love this place for hair removal treatment. so far i have done two treatments and i already see the results. Ethos spa does a great job of making my laser hair removal beaming session as simple and affordable and quick as possible. I have tried lasering at another place in New york, and I have to say this does not compare. They know what they’re doing at this place. After searching around and reading reviews online about various laser centers in the area, I booked my appointment to get started on the treatments. I found the staff and specially both DR. SONI very friendly and intelligent about their services. When i visited at the place, my impressions were that the center was very clean and organized. I was comfortable with the level of attention and detail the center paid to its customer service and facilities, so I was ready to get started. I have been seeing the doctors at Ethos Spa since January. I started with upper lip and chin hair removal. I have been extremely satisfied with the results. So much so that I am having other areas treated as well. The doctors are very professional, attentive, knowledgeable and kind. Sabrina is also awesome...always available and the rock for this new center! I would highly recommend this place for their cleanliness, nice atmosphere, excellent doctors and amazing results!!

I found them on the internet looking for Botox close to my work. They had very professional web site and some great special going on at the time. I figure I will go for the consultation and see the place. The Spa itself is designed very nicely but the stuff was locking the professionalism you would expect from this type of establishment. Soon I learned that my doctor was the receptionist and after couple of questions she asked me if I want to go ahead and have the procedure done. I should had walked out there and then, but I didn’t. ( always trust your feeling ) She had everything set up even Botox which should be in the refrigerator right until you are ready to use it. As she was injecting me she was talking with her assistant and on the middle of procedure another doctor just rudely walked in to the room and started asking her questions about how many Botox she had done today. Unbelievable! I was happy to be done. I payed and left hopeing I will be ok.They said they will call in a week to check on how I am doing but they never did. I called them after about 12th day because the Botox didn’t work. They asked me to came back and they gave me couple more units at no charge. I was hoping that this time I was done, but I am not this lucky it never kicked in either. My daughter got sick and I was running around with her from doctor to doctor from test to test and almost a month passed by. She got better went back to camp and I called them again telling their Botox never worked. They told me to came in so I did. This time the doctor wasn’t nice at all he was rude. He started saying to me that I can go somewhere else if I don’t like their work or he can put more units at a discounted price. I would have to be crazy if I got more Botox from them. I asked him for refund since it never worked and he said that there is no way that he will give me a refund after one month even though I explained to him the entire situation with my daughter. He said it only would had taken five minutes to call and talk to him. Maybe that is true but do you think I would leave her alone and go fix my Botox when she needs me? I don't think so! That is why I waited until she is better and first thing I did I called them. Botox should be guaranteed for up to 3 months and I didn’t even get a week but two weeks of red bumps on my forehead and migraines. I had Botox before but never experienced anything like this. BEWARE!

As a first time client, I was anxious about getting Botox. I had never had it done before, but I felt very comfortable and at ease with the staff at Ethos Spa as well as Dr. Monika Soni. The spa itself is clean, relaxing, and beautiful. It feels more like a day spa as opposed to a doctor's office. They explained the procedure, risks, as well as what I can expect. The consultation itself was 45 minutes. They addressed all my concerns and questions. The actual Botox procedure took only about 5 minutes. My "elevens" are gone and it even gave me a mini eyebrow lift. My friends commented on how rested I looked. I am extremely satisified with Ethos Spa and I would recommend it to anyone considering Botox.

I am very pleased with the results of the laser hair removal. The spa has many different types of lasers which work for different types of hair and on different parts of the body. The spa needs to work on its support staff. The staff that they have is good but this type of business always needs to have someone man the phone; not one of the technicians. I feel this is just the sign of a new business getting off the ground. The spa itself is very clean and gives you a good feel as soon as you enter through the door.

After many years of waxing and plucking I decided to have laser treatment for hair removal. My husband owns a business in Summit so I inquired about Ethos. I cannot say enough about the staff and my experience there. Both Drs. Soni were friendly, professional and made me feel very comfortable. And the results...AMAZING. After my first treatment I saw quite a reduction in hair growth and even more after the second treatment. I am so pleased with Ethos that I cannot wait to try some of their other services.

I have booked two appointments with this spa and both times the doctor was late for the appointment. The second time I had an appointment at 9AM and the spa which was suppose to be open at 9AM (per the sign on the door and per my appointment) was closed. I waited half hour for someone to even open the door. Never again!
