In May of 2012 I decided to buy tires for my truck because they had the best deal and the sales guys were friendly and helpful.
Issue #1 was they slyly sold me an alignment package that I never used by saying it came with the tires.
Issue #2 I figured I would get my oil changed while I was there, after all they are professionals.... Two months later when my oil light came on I found out they didn't TIGHTEN MY OIL FILTER!! If it wasn't a Toyota the engine probably would have been ruined. I called to tell them but they denied everything after all its been two months, and it probably "jiggled loose" Never again will they get my business.

Avoid this place at all costs! We were stranded with a blown tire. Called and they said they could get the tire and they recommended a tow service to call. We did, were towed, the driver asked if we wanted to just add the tow charge to the final bill, and we accepted this. The tow charge was $60.00, and Tire Kingdom charged us $75.00! Then they charged us $408.00 for what another tire store quoted us would be $334.00 at their store. If you have money to burn, go here, otherwise find a tire store that doesn't take advantage of stranded consumers.
I wouldn't go back to this place if my car broke down in front of it! Very poor customer service and they took 3 hours longer than they estimated to do a simple oil change, which I had an appointment for. That wouldn't make me so angry if they had at least appologized or not been so rude when I called to inquire about the car. I won't spend my money at place that acts as if their time is more valuable than my own.
