Norton & Richardson Paint

I would not recommend this repair shop. I had front end damage three years ago approximately. They held the car for an extended period of time claiming that they were not happy with the paint job on the front bumper. Then, they billed the insurance three times for the paint jobs. Now, the pain is peeling and chipping. The pain they utilized was obviously substandard since there are not other areas on the car with chipped pain other than the areas they painted, hmmm. Then the replaced the front light with a recycled light which now if foggy. The made a lot of money from my repairs but the service lacks the quality that I expected. Also, when I picked up the car there was a scratch which was a result of the shops negligence. They fixed the scratch but I ended up having to pay for a rental car during this time.



Stay away!!!

The bad review on here must be from a competitor. I can't believe any of it is true. Everyone at N & R is nice, helpful, professional and courteous. My car was done when promised and the paint match was perfect. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I have seen a few bad reviews of Norton and Richardson on the net and I can't understand them. I hit a deer a while back in a vehicle that was 6 years old and they matched the paint perfectly, called with updates, and were very helpful. Recently my wife was in an accident with a car we had only had for a day. They took every detail into consideration and our car looks just as good if not better than it did before the accident. They treated my family with respect and again gave me updates and let me know how the progress was going. I will reccomend them to anyone!

these guys are extremely rude and unhalpfull. At first i just thought the person i was dealing with was just having a bad day. so i asked to speak with someone else. They are all jerks. Bottom line is the work isnt worth the guff.
