Knight's Septic Tank Service

I called this morning and they were out here that afternoon. They showed up on time, got me pumped out even with the threat of a storm coming. Thank you so much. I would recommend them any time
and will use them the next time I have a problem.

I hired Knight's after reading good reviews. The salesman came out and we discussed where they would dig. I explained that I had to be able to drive heavy equipment to the barn. When the men came out to do the work they decided it would be easier to ignore those instructions and cross in front of the barn with the new drain line. By the time I saw them it was too late. Now we can't unload feed or hay into the barn without destroying the new line, so we have to carry it from the driveway. The horses now stand on the drainline so it won't last long. Then they left the backyard so messy and unlevel that I have to hire someone to come out and level it before I can get a lawnmower over it. That someone will have to be very careful not to run across the septic tank or over the drainline that runs across the middle of the pasture, the dumbest place it could have been put. Yet they had such good reviews and my neighbors said good things about them! They've changed their opinions, though, now that they've seen my backyard. I sure wish I could turn back time.
