I had a dog neutered and one dog spayed back in may 08. I also put them both on heartworm meds. I was totally satisfied with the operations, but now I am having problems getting refills for the heartworm meds. I have left several messages on the answering machine, but no one has called me back. I have placed an order on line thru pet rx to get the meds. They cant get anyone to answer the phone or call them back either. Terrible customer service. dont get your meds thru them. They are good for getting the animals fixed and a rabies shot, but not good on following up with the meds which living in Texas we all know we have to keep our pets on heartworm meds. deboz1959@yahoo.com
